Description
Extremely high molecular weight, Anionic, Polyacrylamide in liquid form. Exceptional freeze – thaw stability. Very rapid mixing and high yield viscosity.
Mixing
• Add 1 litre of Extreme Alkamer per 250 gallons of fresh water while mixer is on high.
• If hole conditions require, increase the amount of Extreme Alkamer added to each tank.
• If combining Extreme Alkamer with Bentonite, always add the Bentonite first and allow to mix well before adding Extreme Alkamer.
• Packaging- 20 litre, High Impact plastic container with a wide-mouth screwon cap.
Principal Uses
• Best choice for fast acting, single product mixed with water. Provides exceptional lubrication and torque reduction.
• Lifts cuttings and enhances hole cleaning capabilities.
• Stabilizes weak formations.
• Excellent encapsulating polymer prevents clays and shale’s from swelling and becoming ‘sticky’.
• Used with foam to make a stiff , stable, foam drilling fluid.
• Used with Extreme Gel Extra High Yield Bentonite to improve hole cleaning, hole stability and to control clays and shales.
• Environmentally friendly.
